Exchange Timetable Blocks

This module automatically creates timetable blocks for employees, students and rooms, based on your administrative system, so they are visible in Outlook. The rooms are created as room resources.

Through the module users can see group names, rooms, teachers, homework (add-on) etc. via web. Additionally, it is possible to synchronise Exchange with a smartphone, so the phone’s calendar is automatically updated. This way the user always has an up-to-date calendar nearby.

The timetable blocks are created using data from your student administration system and it is possible to colour timetable blocks that originate from the administrative system, making it easy to distinguish the school’s timetable blocks from your personal appointments.

Please note: After the initial data extraction, which creates the timetable blocks, only changes are transferred to the system. This way, the module requires little performance from your IT-system, after the initial creation is complete.
