With IT Rules, it is easy to make students and staff accept the school’s IT policy digitally. The module is embedded in the school’s own system and it appears e.g. when a users logs onto one of the school’s computers.
To make sure all users follow the school’s guidelines for use of IT, you can confiugre the system to demand that the IT policy is accepted. Making users accept the IT policy digitally is both faster and easier than printing the policy, signing it and handing it in.
Having users accept the IT policy digitally also makes it is easy to document and get an overview of who has accepted the policy and who still needs to do it.
The module can make the school’s WIFI inaccessible, if the user has not accepted the IT policy. Furthermore, you decide when and how often the module should appear.
